Rainstick is anything from a ceremonious instrument to a music maker. During this workshop we will be physically building our own rainstick while simultaneously creating our inner intention for our current life chapter. Whether you are seeking clarity in your life or trying to hone in on a specific shift you are currently making, clarifying your intention will help create alignment. We will start the workshop with an intention setting meditation and journaling and then ease into crafting our symbolic rainstick. Let it be known that we may be using and sharing power tools during a short portion of this workshop.
