Individual Sessions
1 hour sessions $135
These sessions are for Individuals, Couples, or Families. A session will last for 60 minutes. I can do a virtual video session. Or we can meet in person in the office or at a local park or beach.
I primarily work with individuals yet I am a fan of bringing in family members periodically for an inclusive approach to one's treatment. Its really up to what feels best to you.
